Terms and conditions e-gift card

• The e-gift card is not redeemable for cash.
• It can be used for the entire range.
• The validity of the e-gift card is unlimited.
• The e-gift card can only be redeemed online.
• The e-gift card is activated upon receipt and can be used immediately.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to the e-gift card. E-Gift cards cannot be returned.
• In the event of a return, the credit balance on the e-gift card will be refunded.
• Gift cards bought in our shops cannot be redeemed through the webshop but only in the Make-up Studio Brand Stores.

How can I pay with the digital gift card (e-giftcard)?

If you have received a digital gift certificate (e-giftcard), a unique code will be included in the e-mail. You will need this code.
First of all, you have to add one or more products to the shopping basket. Once you have added all the products you want, go to the shopping basket (click on the shopping basket icon in the top right corner of the website). Enter your unique code in the field "Gift certificate or promo code". Click on the "Apply" button and your code will be used. Continue the order by clicking on Checkout and complete your order.
